As online retailers, we are statutorily obliged to outline the Terms and Conditions of using our Websites. All sections are outlined below.
Section A – General Terms and Conditions
1. About us and these Terms and Conditions
1.1. About us and these terms and conditions “Matt and Nat SE is a company registered in Canada. If you have any comments or suggestions, we would be pleased to receive them by emailing us at care@mattandnat.com

For UK and Europe the services are provided by Via Vegan Europe LTD, a company registered in England & Wales company number 05327849 with its registered address at 23 Shackleton Court 2 Maritime Quay, London, England, E14 3QF. Via Vegan Europe LTD is a subsidiary of Via Vegan LTD registered in Canada under corporation number 323209-3 with its registered address at 225 Chabanel Ouest, 901 MONTREAL, QC H2N 2C9, Canada.

1.2 These Terms and Conditions govern the supply by us of any Product ordered by you on Matt and Nat. By ordering a Product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 In these Terms and Conditions:
a) “Account” means the account that you will need to register for on the site if you would like to submit an order on the site;
b) “Acknowledgement” means our acknowledgement of your order by email;
c) “Breach of Duty” has the meaning given to it in clause 9.9(b) of these terms and conditions;
d) “Business Day” means a day which is neither (i) a Saturday or Sunday, nor (ii) a public holiday.
e) “Confirmation of Order” means our email to you in which we accept your order in accordance with clause 4.10 below;
f) “Contract” means your order of a product or products in accordance with these terms and conditions which we accept in accordance with clause 4.10 below;
g) “Customer” means individual who places an order on the site;
h) “Liability” has the meaning given to it in clause 9.9(a) of these terms and conditions;
i) “Order” means the order submitted by you to the site to purchase a product from us;
j) “you” means the customer who places an order;
k) references to “clauses” are to clauses of these terms and conditions;
l) headings are for ease of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation or construction of the terms and conditions;
m) words imparting the singular shall include the plural and vice versa. Words imparting a gender shall include every gender and references to persons shall include an individual, company, corporation, firm or partnership;
n) references to “includes” or “including” or like words or expressions shall mean without limitation.
1.4 These terms and conditions are our copyrighted intellectual property. Use by third parties – even of extracts – for the commercial purposes of offering goods and/or services is not permitted. Infringements may be subject to legal action.
2. The Customer’s Account
2.1 For you to be able to Order Products on Matt and Nat, you must have a registered Account. You only have the right to register one (1) Account on mattandnat.com. We reserve the right to delete duplicate Accounts and deny any Customers who do not comply with our Terms and Conditions the right to use their Account. We may also edit or delete these Accounts as part of our virtual householder’s rights. With your Account you have access to every Matt and Nat Shop.
2.2 When you register an Account, you will be asked to state some personal details. If you do not state this information, we will not register an Account and you will not be able to Order Products on Matt and Nat. We will notify you by e-mail when your registration is completed.
2.3 We are not obliged to accept all registration requests or all Orders, even when placed by registered Customers nor are we obliged to keep a consistent range of Products or keep any Products available permanently. This clause does not affect Orders that have already been placed.
2.4 By registering on or placing an Order through Matt and Nat or you warrant that you are at least 18 years old
2.5 You are responsible for assuring that all information you enter as part of the registration process is correct, complete and up to date. Your personal data will be stored and processed by Matt and Nat in the manner stated in Matt and Nat’s and ’s privacy policy on https://mattandnat.com/privacy-policy/. You will receive a confirmation email after registering online.
2.6 You are responsible for keeping your personal log-in information secure and confidential.
2.7 You are solely responsible for all information you enter into any accessible areas (e.g. blogs). No entries may encroach upon third party rights. We are not obliged to save or publish your entries e.g. Product reviews.
2.8 You are to refrain from any disruption of the Websites and the use of any accessible information outside its intended use on our platform. Any manipulation of our Websites with a view to fraudulently obtain money or any other advantage at a disadvantage to Matt and Nat partners or any other users will result in legal action and a loss of access to the Websites. Our Accounts, product range and stock levels are intended for Consumers.
3. Effect
3.1 These terms and conditions shall apply to all orders and contracts made or to be made by us for the sale and supply of products. When you submit an order to us, give any delivery instruction or accept delivery of the products, this shall in any event constitute your unqualified acceptance of these terms and conditions. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights (including the right to insist that goods you buy from businesses must correspond with their description, be fit for their purpose and be of satisfactory quality).
3.2 These terms and conditions shall prevail over any separate terms put forward by you. Any conditions that you submit, propose or stipulate in whatever form and at whatever time, whether in writing, by email or orally, are expressly waived and excluded.
3.3 No other terms or changes to the terms and conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
4. How a Contract is formed
4.1 When making an order, you must register for an account on the Websites as detailed in clause 2, and you must follow the instructions on the Websites as to how to make your order and for making changes to your prospective order before you submit it to the Websites.
4.2 Irrespective of any previous price you have seen or heard, once you select a product that you wish to order, you will then be shown or told (on the Websites) the charges you must pay and any applicable delivery charges.
4.3 You shall pay for the product in full at the time of ordering by supplying us with your credit or debit card details from a credit or debit card company acceptable to us.
4.4 If you are asked for details of a payment card, you must be fully entitled to use that card or account. The card or account must have sufficient funds to cover the proposed payment to us.
4.5 You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the product from us will be correct, that the credit or debit card, or account or other payment method which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the product. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product.
4.6 When you submit an order to the site, you agree that you do so subject to these terms and conditions current at the date you submit your order. You are responsible for reviewing the latest terms and conditions each time you submit your order.
4.7 You agree that you will receive invoices and credit notes exclusively in electronic form.
4.8 Your order remains valid as an offer until we issue our confirmation of order or, if earlier, when we receive your notice revoking your Order.
4.9 We shall not be obliged to supply the product to you until we have accepted your order. Unless expressly stating that we accept your order, an email, letter, fax or other Acknowledgement of your order by us is purely for information purposes and does not constitute the confirmation of order. In that acknowledgement, we may give you an order reference number and details of the product you have ordered. We may in our discretion refuse to accept an order from you for any reason, including unavailability of supplies or we may offer you an alternative product (in which case we may require you to re-submit your order first).
4.10 A contract shall be formed and we shall be legally bound to supply the product to you when we accept your order. Acceptance shall take place when we expressly accept your order by email to you, in the form of a document called a “confirmation of order” stating that we are accepting your order. Our confirmation of order shall be deemed to come into effect when it has been dispatched by us. Without affecting your obligation to pay us earlier, we may send an invoice to you at any time after we have accepted your order. Until the time when we accept your order, we reserve the right to refuse to process your order and you reserve the right to cancel your order. If we or you have cancelled your order before we have accepted it, then we will promptly refund any payment already made by you or your credit or debit card company to us for the order of the product.
4.11 If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after you have submitted it to Matt and Nat, please contact care@mattandnat.com. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order in accordance with your instructions.
4.12 We try very hard to ensure that the price given to you is accurate, but the price of your order will need to be validated by us as part of our acceptance procedure. If the price for the order changes before we accept your order, we will contact you and ask you to confirm that you wish to proceed at the amended price.
4.13 A contract will relate only to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the confirmation of order. We will not be obliged to supply any other products which may have been part of your order until we have sent a confirmation of order in relation to those products.
4.14 You may only submit to us or our agents or the websites information which is accurate and not misleading and you must keep it up to date and inform us of changes.
5. Payment
5.1 We offer payment by credit or debit card (VISA, Master Card). However, we reserve the right to offer less than our full range of payment options.
5.2 Invoices, order breakdowns and vouchers shall be provided in electronic form only.
5.3 If you pay by card, your card will be charged on the date your Order is dispatched.
6. Cancellation by us
6.1 We may cancel a contract if the product is not available for any reason. If this is the case, we will notify you and return any payment that you have made.
6.2 We will usually refund any money received from you, using the same method originally used by you to pay for the product.
7. Faulty Products
7.1 We warrant that: a) the product will be delivered undamaged in the quantities ordered; and
b) the product will conform with the manufacturer’s latest published instructions as set out on the website or in our product material at the time of your order.
7.2 The product is intended to be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s latest published instructions as set out on the site or as on the product itself. It is your responsibility to ensure that you use the product strictly in accordance with those instructions.
7.3 Before delivery, we may make minor adjustments to material, colour, weight, measurements, design and other features to the extent that they are reasonable.
7.4 We try very hard to deliver products in excellent condition. However, if you tell us that the product is faulty, you agree to keep the product in its current condition available for us (or our agent) to inspect within a reasonable time.
7.5 In order to provide you with any remedies for a faulty product, we may need your assistance and prompt provision of certain information regarding the product, including: a) you specifying with reasonable detail the way in which it is alleged that the product is damaged or defective;
7.6 If you would like us to repair, replace or provide a refund for the product where it did conform to the applicable contract, and we find that the product has:
a) been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, carelessness, damage or abnormal conditions; or
b) been involved in any accident or damage caused by an incorrect attempt at modification or repair; or
c) been dealt with or used contrary to our or the manufacturer’s instructions for the product; or
d) deteriorated through normal wear and tear, After delivery by us, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the product and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs and charge this to your credit or debit card, or the payment details that you provided to us when you made your order, and, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
8. Circumstances beyond our control
8.1 We shall not be liable to you for any breach, hindrance or delay in the performance of a contract attributable to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation any act of God, actions of third parties (including without limitation hackers, suppliers, governments, quasi-governmental, supra-national or local authorities), insurrection, riot, civil commotion, war, hostilities, warlike operations, national emergencies, terrorism, piracy, arrests, restraints or detainments of any competent authority, strikes or combinations or lock-out of workmen, epidemic, fire, explosion, storm, flood, drought, weather conditions, earthquake, natural disaster, accident, mechanical breakdown, third party software, failure or problems with public utility supplies (including electrical, telecoms or Internet failure), shortage of or inability to obtain supplies, materials, equipment or transportation (“Event of Force Majeure”), regardless of whether the circumstances in question could have been foreseen.
8.2 Either you or we may terminate a contract forthwith by written notice to the other in the event that the event of force majeure lasts for a period of two business days or more, in which event neither you nor we shall be liable to the other by reason of such termination (other than for the refund of a product already paid for by you and not delivered).
8.3 If we have contracted to provide identical or similar products to more than one customer and are prevented from fully meeting our obligations to you by reason of an event of force majeure, we may decide at our absolute discretion which contracts we will perform and to what extent.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 This clause 9 prevails over all other clauses and sets forth our entire Liability, and your sole and exclusive remedies, for:
a) the performance, non-performance, purported performance or delay in performance of these terms and conditions or a contract or the site (or any part of it or them); or
b) otherwise in relation to these terms and conditions or the entering into or performance of these terms and conditions.
9.2 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit:
a) our Liability for (i) fraud; (ii) death or personal injury caused by our breach of duty; (iii) any breach of the obligations implied by s.12 Sale of Goods Act 1979 or s.2 Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982; or (iv) any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law; or
b) your statutory rights as a consumer.
9.3 In performing any obligation under these terms and conditions, our only duty is to exercise reasonable care and skill.
9.4 Subject to clause 9.2:
a) we do not warrant and we exclude all liability in respect of the accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose or legality of any information accessed using the site; and we exclude all liability of any kind for the transmission or the reception of or the failure to transmit or to receive any material of whatever nature; and
b) you should not rely on any information accessed using the site to make a purchasing decision – you should make your own enquiries before forming your own opinion and taking any action based on any such information.
9.5 Save as provided in clauses 9.2, we do not accept and hereby exclude any liability for breach of duty other than any such liability arising pursuant to the provisions of these terms and conditions.
9.6 Save as provided in clause 9.2, we shall have no liability for:
a) loss of revenue;
b) loss of actual or anticipated profits;
c) loss of contracts;
d) loss of the use of money;
e) loss of anticipated savings;
f) loss of business;
g) loss of operation time;
h) loss of opportunity;
i) loss of goodwill;
j) loss of reputation;
k) loss of, damage to or corruption of data; or
l) any indirect or consequential loss;and such liability is excluded whether it is foreseeable, known, foreseen or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, clauses 9.6(a) to 9.6(l) apply whether such losses are direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise.
9.7 Save as provided in clause 9.2:
a) our total liability under any contract shall in no circumstances exceed, in aggregate, a sum equal to the greater of: i) £100; or ii) 110% of the value of the relevant contract under which the cause of action arises; and
b) our total liability to you or any third party shall not in any other circumstances exceed, in aggregate, a sum equal to the greater of: i) £100; or ii) 110% of any aggregate amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding any cause of action arising.
9.8 The limitation of liability under clause 9.7 has effect in relation both to any liability expressly provided for under these terms and conditions and to any liability arising by reason of the invalidity or unenforceability of any term of these terms and conditions.
9.9 In these terms and conditions:
a) “Liability” means liability in or for breach of contract, breach of duty, misrepresentation, restitution or any other cause of action whatsoever relating to or arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, liability expressly provided for under these terms and conditions or arising by reason of the invalidity or unenforceability of any term of these terms and conditions (and for the purposes of this definition, all references to “these terms and conditions” shall be deemed to include any collateral contract); and
b) “Breach of duty” means the breach of any (i) obligation arising from the express or implied terms of a contract to take reasonable care or exercise reasonable skill in the performance of the contract or (ii) common law duty to take reasonable care or exercise reasonable skill (but not any stricter duty).
10. Default, Winding Up
10.1 If you: a) are in breach of any of your obligations under a contract; or
b) give notice to any of your creditors that you have suspended or re about to suspend payment or if you shall be unable to pay your debts within the meaning of Section 123 of the Insolvency Act 1986, or an order is made or a resolution is passed for your winding-up or an administration order is made or an administrator is appointed to manage your affairs, business and property or a receiver and/or manager or administrative receiver is appointed in respect of all or any of your assets or undertaking or circumstances arise which entitle the court or a creditor to appoint a receiver and/or manager or administrative receiver or administrator which entitle the court to make a winding-up or bankruptcy order or you take or suffer any similar or analogous action in consequence of debt in any jurisdiction;we may terminate the applicable contract immediately on giving notice in writing and retain any advance payment and you shall indemnify us against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses of whatsoever nature resulting from any such termination and all sums due to us from you shall become immediately payable.
10.2 Termination of a contract shall be without prejudice to any accrued rights or remedies of either you or us. Termination of a contract will not affect the coming into force or continuance in force of any provision which is expressly or by implication intended to come into or continue in force on or after such termination.
11. Data protection

12. Notices
12.1 Any notice under a contract shall be in writing and may be served by personal delivery or by pre-paid or recorded delivery letter or by email addressed to the relevant party at the address or email address of the relevant party last known to the other.
13. Severability
If any of these terms should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted and the remaining terms of use shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
14. English law and jurisdiction
These terms of use and your use of the Websites (and all non-contractual relationships arising out of or connected to it or them) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any dispute which may arise under these terms of use.
15. Amendment to the General Business terms and conditions
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All amendments to these terms and conditions will be posted online. However, continued use of the site will be deemed to constitute acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
Section B – Matt and Nat Products
1. Contractual Partners / Language
1.1 By placing an order for Matt and Nat Products, you are entering into a Contract with Via Vegan LTD, based in Montreal, Canada. For UK and European customers you are entering into a Contract with Via Vegan Europe LTD, which is a subsidiary of Via Vegan LTD. You can find an explanation on when the purchased product is a Matt and Nat Product in the introduction of this Terms and Conditions. For Matt and Nat Products Section A and Section B apply.
2. Delivery
2.1 We aim to deliver the product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your order.
2.2 We aim to deliver within the time indicated by us at the time of your order. We always aim to deliver within 2 – 4 working days from the date of any order which we accept, but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.
2.3 We shall aim to let you know, if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
2.4 On delivery of the product, you may be required to sign for delivery. You agree to inspect the product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery. You need to keep the receipt of the delivered product in case of future discussions with us about it.
2.6 We deliver in our standard packaging. Any special packaging requested by you is subject to additional charges.
2.7 We offer express delivery for some orders. You will be able to see whether or not this service is available when placing your order. The costs for this service can be seen in the checkout. The order will be delivered within 2 working days. If we do not deliver within the time specified, we will refund the express delivery costs.
2.8 All risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery, except that, where delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations under a contract, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred but for your breach. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product.
2.9 You must take care when opening the product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments.
2.10 You shall ensure that you are ready for safe receipt of the product without undue delay and at any time reasonably specified by us.
2.11 If you are not available to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier. The package might also be delivered to a neighbour or a safe place.
2.12 If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within two weeks of our first attempt to deliver the product to you) accept delivery or collect the product from the carrier, then we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:
a) charge you for our reasonable storage fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or
b) no longer make the product available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately cancelling the applicable contract, in which case we will refund to you or your credit or debit card company as applicable any money already paid to us under the applicable contract, less our reasonable administration charges (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the product, and any storage fees as provided for in clause 2.11(a) above).
2.13 It is your responsibility to ensure that the products are sufficient and suitable for your purposes and meet your individual requirements. We do not warrant that the products will meet your individual requirements. You acknowledge that the products are standard and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirements that you may have.
3. Information concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Matt and Nat SE, Tamara-Danz-Str. 1, 10243 Berlin, Telefax: +49 (0)30 2759 46 93 E-Mail: service@MattandNat.co.uk of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. We will bear the cost of returning the goods if you use the provided return documents.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Availability of the Websites, security and accuracy
9. Whilst we endeavour to make the Websites available 24 hours a day, we cannot be liable if for any reason the Websites is unavailable for any time or for any period. We make no warranty that your access to the Websites will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. Due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. In addition, we may occasionally need to carry out repairs, maintenance or introduce new facilities and functions.
10. Access to the Websites may be suspended or withdrawn to or from you personally or all users temporarily or permanently at any time and without notice. We may also impose restrictions on the length and manner of usage of any part of the Websites for any reason. If we impose restrictions on you personally, you must not attempt to use the Websites under any other name or user.
11. We do not warrant that the Websites will be compatible with all hardware and software which you may use. We shall not be liable for damage to, or viruses or other code that may affect, any computer equipment, software, data or other property as a result of your access to or use of the Websites or your obtaining any material from, or as a result of using, the Websites. We shall also not be liable for the actions of third parties.
12. We may change or update the Websites and anything described in it without notice to you.
13. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that information and materials on the Websites are correct, no warranty or representation, express or implied, is given that they are complete, accurate, up-to-date, fit for a particular purpose and, to the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability for any errors or omissions. This shall not affect any obligation which we may have under any contract that we may have with you to provide you with services, including any obligation that we may have under that contract to provide you with accurate information and advice, and which we may do through a secure part of the Websites available to people who use the appropriate password.
14. The material contained on the Websites is provided for information purposes only and it shall not give rise to any commitment or obligation by us. Any information on the Websites shall not constitute any part of an offer or contract.
Registration for the Service
15. If you would like to submit an order to the Websites to purchase one of the products listed on the Websites, you will need to register for an account on the Websites (“Account”) which you will be able to access on the Websites through the “My User Account” part of the Websites. To register you need to supply us with your name, postcode and email address and possibly some other personal information. See our Privacy for more details about this.
16. Once you register with one of the Websites, you will be asked to create a username for, and allocate a password to, your account. You must keep the password confidential and immediately notify us if any unauthorised third party becomes aware of that password or if there is any unauthorised use of your email address or your account or any breach of security known to you. You agree that any person to whom your user name or password is disclosed is authorised to act as your agent for the purposes of using (and/or transacting via) your account. Please note that you are entirely responsible if you do not maintain the confidentiality of your password.
17. You must be registered with a valid personal email address that you access regularly, so that, among other things, administration emails can be sent to you. Any accounts which have been registered with someone else’s email address or with temporary email addresses may be closed without notice. We may require you to validate accounts at registration or if we believe you have been using an invalid email address.
18. When you register for an account, and whenever you log on to your account thereafter, you have the option to sign up to receive, and to opt out of receiving, information emails (such as newsletters, information on offers etc). You are able to unsubscribe from such information emails at any time by logging in to your account.
19. Our liability
20. We accept liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for our fraudulent misrepresentation or for any liability that we cannot exclude or limit at law.
21. To the extent possible by law and subject to paragraph 22 above, in all cases other than in respect of services that we provide for a specific consumer (which shall be governed by its own contractual terms and terms of engagement), to the extent permitted by law:

If you enter into a contract with us by submitting an order for a product through the Websites which is accepted by us in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of those Terms and Conditions relating to the our liability and its limitation in relation to such a contract shall replace the limitation of liability provisions in clause 22.a above.

23. The Matt and Nat names and logos and all related names, design marks and slogans are the trade marks or service marks of us or our licensors.
Intellectual Property Rights
24. We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Websites, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
25. You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from the Websites for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on the Websites.
26. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
27. You must not use any part of the materials on the Websites for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.
28. If you print off, copy or download any part of the Websites in breach of these terms of use, your right to use the Websites will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

We do not provide any endorsement or recommendation of any third party site to which the Websites provides a link.
33. You must not without our permission frame any of the Websites onto your own or another person’s website.
34. We hereby grant to you a revocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to provide a link from your website to the home page of the Websites, provided that you do so in a fair and legal way without damaging our reputation or taking advantage of it. In particular: a) you shall not make any warranties or representations about us, our services or our policies except with our prior express authorisation b) you shall not say anything that is false, misleading, derogatory or offensive about us or our services or policies and c) you shall not suggest expressly or impliedly that we have endorsed your site or are associated with it where this is not the case.
Severability
35. If any of these terms should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted and the remaining terms of use shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
Matt & Nat UK Messaging Terms & Conditions
(hereinafter, "Matt & Nat UK," "We," "Us," "Our") is offering a mobile messaging program (the "Program"), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions and Messaging Privacy Policy.
By opting in to or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, your agreement to resolve any disputes with us through binding, individual-only arbitration, as detailed in the "Dispute Resolution" section below. In arbitration there is less discovery and appellate review than in court. Please review carefully.
By opting in to or participating in any of our Programs, you represent and warrant that you do so because of a genuine desire to receive discounts, promotions, and other news or information from Us and not because of a desire or intent to initiate litigation or bring legal claims against any party. If you have requested to receive messages with a desire to bring legal claims against Us or any vendors acting on our behalf, then you shall immediately unsubscribe using the instructions set forth below and agree to indemnify Us and/or those vendors for any expenses, including attorneys' fees, associated with defending such claims.
This Agreement is limited to the Program and is not intended to modify other Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy that may govern the relationship between you and Us in other contexts (including those in the "Other Terms and Policies" section below). Regardless of the opt-in method you utilized to join the Program, you agree that this Agreement applies to your participation in the Program.
1. User Opt In.
- Consent to Receive Recurring Automated Messages. You agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text (e.g., SMS, MMS, and RCS) messages (including cart reminders) from Matt & Nat UK, including messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate. You further consent to receiving messages that include artificial or prerecorded voices. By providing your phone number, you represent and warrant that you are providing your own phone number, and not someone else's, and that you are a legally-authorized user of this phone number. Consent to receive automated marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase. While you consent to receive messages sent using an autodialer, the foregoing shall not be interpreted to suggest or imply that any or all of Our mobile messages are sent using an automatic telephone dialing system ("ATDS" or "autodialer"). Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
- No Time of Day Restrictions. While efforts are made to limit the delivery of messages outside of reasonable hours for most consumers, you understand and agree that We do not have the ability to target messages based on geographic location because federal law and privacy concerns prevent a consumer's real-time location data from being shared with Us or our vendors by your wireless carrier. Further, technical issues, such as network congestion or your phone being disconnected from your wireless service, can result in messages being delivered at unexpected times. Therefore, you agree that your consent to receive marketing text messages includes consent to the delivery of such messages 24-hours per day. Your consent supersedes any state or federal regulation that might otherwise restrict the delivery of such messages and you waive any such claims.
- Consent to Receipt of Electronic Information and E-Sign. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, you understand that applicable law may require Us to provide certain information to you in writing in connection with any consent to receive advertising and telemarketing messages. By opting-in to Our messaging program, you authorize Us to provide this information to you electronically instead of in a separate paper document. You understand that you may withdraw this consent, update your information, or request a free paper copy of the information by emailing us at care@mattandnat.com. You understand that to access and retain a copy of this webpage, you will need: (i) a device (such as a computer or mobile phone) with a web browser and Internet access; and (ii) available storage space on that device to download a copy of this webpage of a connected printer to print a copy of this webpage.
- Disclosure of Data to Identify Device and Prevent Fraud. Further, You authorize the use or disclosure of information about your account and your wireless device, if available, by or to your wireless carrier, Matt & Nat UK or Our service provider(s), including Stodge Inc. dba Postscript, to help identify you or your wireless device when you opt-in to receive text messages from any Postscript customer and to endeavor to detect and prevent fraud. See our Messaging Privacy Policy for how we treat your data.
2. User Opt Out. If you do not wish to continue participating in the Program or no longer agree to this Agreement, you agree to reply STOP, END, CANCEL, REVOKE, OPT OUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message from Us in order to opt out of the Program. You may receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt out. To the maximum extent permitted by law, You understand and agree that the foregoing options are the only reasonable methods of opting out. You acknowledge that our text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that alter, change, or modify the STOP, END, CANCEL, REVOKE, OPT OUT, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT keyword commands, such as the use of different spellings or the addition of other words or phrases to the command, and agree that Matt & Nat UK and its service providers will not have liability for failing to honor requests that are designed to circumvent the automated opt-out processes described above. You agree that other methods of opting out, including, but not limited to, texting words other than those set forth above or verbally requesting one of our employees to remove you from our list, may not be deemed to be reasonable methods of opting out. Our Do Not Call Policy is attached to these Terms of Service as Appendix A.
3. Other Terms and Policies. You also agree to our Messaging Privacy Policy, Matt & Nat UK Terms of Service and Matt & Nat UK Privacy Policy.
4. Program Description: Without limiting the scope of the Program, users that opt into the Program can expect to receive messages concerning the marketing, promotion, payment, customer support, delivery (including order confirmations, tracking information, and shipping updated via email), other transactional-related messages and sale of goods and services. Messages may include checkout reminders.
5. AI-Generated Message Content: You are advised that from time to time We may utilize certain generative artificial intelligence (AI) services provided by third-parties to develop or suggest the content of messages that we choose to send to you. Some of these messages may be tailored to your interests based on information available to Us. By enrolling and remaining in the program, You agree to the use of AI and further that Our use of these AI services does not make those third-parties either senders or initiators of the text messages or otherwise responsible for the messages.
6. Message Frequency, Cost and Changes. Message and data rates may apply. You agree to receive messages periodically at Our discretion. Daily, weekly, and monthly message frequency will vary. We reserve the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. We also reserve the right to change the short code or phone number from which Our messages are sent.
7. Support Instructions. For support regarding the Program, text "HELP" to the number you received messages from or email us at care@mattandnat.com. Please note that the use of this email address is not an acceptable method of opting out of the program. Opt outs must be submitted in accordance with the procedures set forth above.
8. MMS Disclosure. The Program will send SMS TMs (terminating messages) if your mobile device does not support MMS messaging.
9. Our Disclaimer of Warranty. The Program is offered on an "as-is" basis and may not be available in all areas at all times and may not continue to work in the event of product, software, coverage or other changes made by your wireless carrier. We will not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any mobile messages connected with this Program. Delivery of mobile messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator and is outside of Our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered mobile messages.
10. Supported Devices. The Program is offered on an "as-is" basis. Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Matt & Nat UK, its service providers and the mobile carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
11. Contact. This Program is a service of Matt & Nat UK, located at 2 Maritime Quay, London E14 3QF, GB.
12. Age Restriction: You may not use or engage with the Platform if you are under thirteen (13) years of age. If you use or engage with the Platform and are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) years of age, you must have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to do so. By using or engaging with the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are not under the age of thirteen (13) years, are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) and have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use or engage with the Platform, or are of adult age in your jurisdiction. By using or engaging with the Platform, you also acknowledge and agree that you are permitted by your jurisdiction's Applicable Law to use and/or engage with the Platform.
13. Prohibited Content: You acknowledge and agree to not send any prohibited content over the Platform. Prohibited content includes:
- Any fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, scandalous, threatening, harassing, or stalking activity;
- Objectionable content, including profanity, obscenity, lasciviousness, violence, bigotry, hatred, and discrimination on the basis of race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
- Pirated computer programs, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful code;
- Any product, service, or promotion that is unlawful where such product, service, or promotion thereof is received;
- Any content that implicates and/or references personal health information that is protected by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA") or the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act ("HITEC" Act); and
- Any other content that is prohibited by Applicable Law in the jurisdiction from which the message is sent.
14. State Telemarketing Law - Residence: To the extent the law is relevant and applicable to the Program, we endeavor to comply with applicable state telemarketing laws, including, but not limited to, the Florida Telemarketing Act and Florida Do Not Call Act, the Oklahoma Telephone Solicitation Act of 2022, the Maryland Stop the Spam Calls Act of 2023, New Jersey's Senate Bill 921 (2023), and the Virginia Telephone Privacy Protection Act. For purposes of compliance with these state laws, you agree that we may assume that you are a resident of a particular state if, at the time of opt-in to the Program, the area code for the phone number used to opt-into the Program is an area code associated with that state. Further, You agree that You will not assert that you are a resident of a state other than the state applicable to your area code unless you affirmatively advise us in writing that you are a resident of a specific state by sending written notice to us. Insofar as you are a resident of a state with an applicable telemarketing law, you further agree that any mobile messages sent by Us in direct response to mobile messages or requests from You (including but are not limited to response to Keywords, opt-in, help or stop requests and shipping notifications) shall not constitute a “commercial telephone solicitation phone call”, “telephonic sales call”, “telemarketing sales call”, “telephone solicitation”, or “unsolicited telemarketing sales call” for purposes of these state laws, to the extent the law is otherwise relevant and applicable.

THIS SECTION LIMITS CERTAIN RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO MAINTAIN A COURT ACTION, THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY FORM OF CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIM OR ACTION IN ARBITRATION AND LITIGATION, AND THE RIGHT TO CERTAIN REMEDIES AND FORMS OF RELIEF. OTHER RIGHTS THAT YOU OR Matt & Nat UK WOULD HAVE IN COURT, SUCH AS APPELLATE REVIEW, ALSO MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE IN ARBITRATION.
Binding Individual Arbitration: In the event that there is a dispute, claim, or controversy between you and Us, or between you and Stodge Inc. d/b/a Postscript or any other third-party service provider acting on Our behalf to transmit the mobile messages within the scope of the Program, arising out of or relating to federal or state statutory claims, common law claims, this Agreement, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate ("Dispute"), such Dispute will be, to the fullest extent permitted by law and applicable rules, determined by arbitration before one arbitrator, provided, however, that no party shall be precluded from seeking remedies in small claims court for disputes or claims within the scope of its jurisdiction. Whether a Dispute falls within the jurisdictional limits of small claims court is for the small claims court to decide. This clause shall not preclude parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction.
Dispute will be given the broadest possible meaning permitted by law. It includes, but is not limited to: (a) any dispute or claim that arose before the existence of these or any prior Terms and Conditions (including, but not limited to, claims relating to advertising); (b) any dispute or claim that is currently the subject of a purported class action litigation in which you are not a member of a certified class; and (c) any dispute or claim that may arise after termination of these Terms and Conditions and our relationship with you and Stodge Inc. d/b/a Postscript or any other third-party service provider acting on Our behalf. Dispute, however, does not include disagreements or claims concerning patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property, and claims of piracy or unauthorized use of intellectual property. The arbitrator shall decide all issues that relate to the scope, validity, and enforceability of the Agreement. You and Matt & Nat UK agree that these Terms and Conditions evidence a transaction in interstate commerce and that this arbitration agreement will be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act and U.S. federal arbitration law and not state arbitration law.
Mandatory Informal Dispute Resolution Process. If you and Matt & Nat UK have a Dispute, you and Matt & Nat UK agree to make a good faith effort to informally resolve it. The party initiating the Dispute must send a written notice to the other party that describes the Dispute. The notice must include all of this information: (a) the initiating party's contact information (including name, address, telephone number, and email address) (with their counsel's contact information, if represented); (b) sufficient information to enable the other party to identify any phone number(s), transaction(s), or account(s) at issue; and (b) a detailed description of (1) the Dispute, (2) the nature and basis of the claims, and (3) the nature and basis of the relief sought, with a detailed calculation for such relief. The notice must be personally signed by the party initiating the Dispute (and their counsel, if represented).
If you have a Dispute with us, you must send this notice, including all of the information referenced above, by email to: care@mattandnat.com or by mail to: 2 Maritime Quay, London E14 3QF, GB. If we have a Dispute with you, we will send this notice, including all of the information referenced above, to you at the most recent contact information we have on file for you or, if we do not have a mailing address on file, you authorize us to text you at the phone number we have available to seek your mailing address.
For a period of sixty (60) days from receipt of a completed notice (which can be extended by agreement of the parties), you and we (and counsel, if you and we are represented) agree to negotiate in good faith in an effort to informally resolve the Dispute. To this end, the party receiving the notice may request a telephone or video settlement conference to aid in the resolution of the Dispute. If such a conference is requested, you and a Matt & Nat UK representative will personally attend (with counsel, if you and we are represented). The conference will be scheduled for a mutually convenient time, which may be outside of the 60-day period.
If the Dispute is not resolved within sixty (60) days after receipt of a completed notice (which period can be extended by agreement of the parties), you or Matt & Nat UK may commence a formal dispute resolution proceeding consistent with the process set forth below. Compliance with and completion of this Mandatory Informal Dispute Resolution Process ("Process") is a condition precedent to you or Matt & Nat UK commencing any formal dispute resolution proceeding in arbitration or small claims court. All applicable limitations periods (including statutes of limitations) will be tolled from the date of receipt of a completed notice through the conclusion of this Process. If the sufficiency of a notice or compliance with this Process is at issue, such issue may be raised with and decided by a court at either party's election, and any formal dispute resolution proceeding shall be stayed pending resolution of the issue. A court of competent jurisdiction shall have the authority to enforce this condition precedent to arbitration, which includes the power to enjoin the filing or prosecution of a demand for arbitration. Nothing in this section limits the right of a party to raise the sufficiency of a notice or compliance with this Process or to seek damages for non-compliance with this Process in arbitration, including with a Process Arbitrator. You or we may commence arbitration only if the Dispute is not resolved through compliance with this Process.
Arbitration Generally; Relief Available. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited pursuant to the FAA. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must follow the Terms as a court would. For the avoidance of doubt, the arbitrator can award public injunctive relief if authorized by law and warranted by the individual claim(s).
Arbitration Proceedings and Rules, Including Provisions Governing Mass Arbitrations. The following rules and procedures shall apply:
- Any arbitration will be administered by New Era ADR in accordance with their Virtual Expedited Arbitration Rules and Procedures, as well as any applicable General Rules and Procedures, except as modified by the Terms. New Era ADR's Virtual Expedited Arbitration Rules and Procedures and General Rules and Procedures are both available at www.neweraadr.com/rules-and-procedures/. Please review these procedures carefully because they may impact how your complaint is handled and these procedures differ from those that would otherwise apply if you elected to pursue your claim individually in small claims court.
- When You initiate arbitration, the only fee You are required to pay is New Era's consumer filing fee, which is currently a maximum of $300 for a consumer. All other fees or expenses charged by New Era ADR will be paid by us (unless the arbitrator finds that either the substance of your claim or the relief sought is frivolous or brought for an improper purpose). You are responsible for fees and expenses owed to your legal counsel, if any, unless the arbitrator determines that an award of attorney's fees is warranted under applicable law.
- New Era ADR's rules and procedures include unique procedures for “mass arbitrations,” which are situations in which five (5) or more cases are filed that arise out of common issues of law and fact and are brought by the same law firm or group of law firms. Mass arbitration procedures are designed to provide for a more cost-effective resolution of disputes. Those mass arbitration procedures call for a limited number of cases to be treated as “bellwether” cases to be resolved on the merits earlier than other cases. The outcome of bellwether cases may be treated as precedent in evaluating the remaining cases. You understand and agree that these Procedures for Mass Arbitrations will apply and that they are designed to (a) lead to the streamlined and cost-effective resolution of claims; (b) ensure that large volume filings do not impose unnecessary burdens or impediments to the resolution and cost-effective adjudication of similar claims; and (c) preserve the integrity of the arbitration process. You also understand and agree that by choosing to bring your Dispute as a part of a Mass Arbitration that the resolution of your Dispute might be delayed and ultimately proceed in court and not in arbitration. The parties agree that as part of these procedures, their counsel shall meet and confer in good faith in an effort to resolve the Disputes, streamline procedures, address the exchange of information, modify the number of Disputes to be adjudicated, and conserve the parties' and New Era ADR's resources.
- If any provision of this Agreement is deemed by an arbitrator not to comply with the Minimum Fairness Standards published by New Era ADR and available at https://www.neweraadr.com/ then the Minimum Fairness Standards should be deemed to be incorporated by reference and any offending provision shall be deemed unenforceable.
- The arbitrator shall be selected pursuant to New Era ADR's standard rank and strike process, as set forth in New Era ADR's General Rules and Procedures.
- Except as otherwise provided herein, the arbitrator shall apply the substantive laws of the state and Federal Judicial Circuit in which Matt & Nat UK's principle place of business is located, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
- By signing the demand for arbitration, a party (and their counsel, if represented) certifies that they have complied with (a) the Dispute Resolution provisions of this agreement and (b) all of the requirements of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(b), including that the claims and relief sought are neither frivolous nor brought for an improper purpose. The arbitrator is authorized to award any relief or impose any sanctions available under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11 or applicable federal or state law against all represented parties and counsel as a court would.
- The arbitrator may award any relief or remedy that would be available in a court of law, including attorneys' fees and punitive damages where permitted by statute and is permitted to apply the cost-shifting provisions of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 68 after entry of an award.
- The arbitrator shall issue a reasoned written decision sufficient to explain the essential findings and conclusions. In the event of a Mass Arbitration, the parties agree that, for the sake of efficiency, an arbitrator's written decision may address some or all of the cases jointly. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding, and no party shall have rights of appeal except for those provided in section 10 of the FAA.
- Except as may be required by law, neither a party nor the arbitrator may disclose the existence, content, or results of any arbitration without the prior written consent of both parties, unless to protect or pursue a legal right. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, if Matt & Nat UK makes any future change to this arbitration provision, you may reject the change by sending Us written notice within 30 days of the change to 2 Maritime Quay, London E14 3QF, GB, in which case this arbitration provision, as in effect immediately prior to the changes you rejected, will continue to govern any disputes between you and Matt & Nat UK.
No class actions or juries. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT, BY AGREEING TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AND Matt & Nat UK ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION AND THAT THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE SUBJECT TO AND GOVERNED BY THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT (the "FAA"). The parties agree to arbitrate solely on an individual basis, and this agreement does not permit class arbitration or any claims brought as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative arbitration proceeding.
Invalidity and Survivability. If any term or provision of this Section is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Section or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. If for any reason a dispute proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, the parties hereby waive any right to a jury trial. This arbitration provision shall survive any cancellation or termination of your agreement to participate in any of our Programs.
Future Changes to Dispute Resolution Section. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, you and we agree that if Matt & Nat UK makes any future changes to this arbitration agreement (other than a change to the mailing or email address), you may reject any such change by sending us written notice personally signed by you within thirty (30) days of the change to Matt & Nat UK at 2 Maritime Quay, London E14 3QF, GB. The written notice must include the following information: (a) your name, address, phone number, and email address and (b) a statement that you wish to opt out of changes to the arbitration agreement. Such written notice does not constitute an opt out of arbitration altogether. By rejecting any future change to the arbitration agreement, you are agreeing that you will arbitrate any Dispute between us in accordance with the language of this version of the arbitration agreement.
16. Miscellaneous. You warrant and represent to Us that you have all necessary rights, power, and authority to agree to the terms and perform your obligations hereunder, and nothing contained in this Agreement or in the performance of such obligations will place you in breach of any other contract or obligation. The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein will not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the terms of this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. Any new features, changes, updates or improvements of the Program shall be subject to these terms unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time. Any updates to this Agreement shall be communicated to you. Prior to such communication, the terms of this Agreement in effect as last made available to you immediately prior to your receipt of the notice will continue to govern our relationship. You acknowledge your responsibility to review this Agreement from time to time and to be aware of any such changes. By continuing to participate in the Program after any such changes, you accept this Agreement, as modified.

Do Not Call Policy: Text Messaging
Regulatory Summary Regarding The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
The federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), related FCC regulations, and related court interpretations protect consumers from specific types of telemarketing. Under the TCPA “telemarketing” is defined as “the initiation of a telephone call or message for the purpose of encouraging the purchase or rental of, or investment in, property, goods, or services, which is transmitted to any person.” 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200(f)(13). The TCPA imposes requirements for cold calls, prerecorded sales calls, and the use of autodialers. The TCPA also authorized the creation of the National Do Not Call Registry as well as internal Do Not Call lists. Various states have also adopted their own telemarketing laws.
Matt & Nat UK is committed to complying with federal and state Do Not Call laws. This policy relates specifically to our compliance with those requirements for the purposes of sending text messages that constitute telemarketing. It is Our policy to not send telemarketing text messages to:
- Any telephone number for which we have not received prior express written consent, as defined by the Federal Communications Commission; and
- Any telephone number on Our Internal Do Not Call List.
We will maintain an Internal Do Not Call list and will promptly honor a request made in a reasonable manner to place your telephone number Our Do Not Call list within a reasonable time of such request, not to exceed 10 business days from the date of said request. To be placed on Our Do Not Call list, you may:
- Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, REVOKE, OPT OUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message from Us in order to opt out of the Program. Any other language used may not be recognized by Our system which may result in the request to opt-out not being processed.
- Request to be put on Our list by contacting customer service at care@mattandnat.com and providing your name and telephone number.
Your telephone number shall be retained indefinitely on Our Do Not Call list unless you subsequently provide new prior express written consent to rejoin our SMS list. If you change your number, you must request for the new number to be put on Our Do Not Call list.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
